"Hi Joyce, Sorry for the late reply. You know how it is for us to get back to work after a couple weeks of vacation. Our trip was fantastic. We loved it very much. The atmosphere was very relaxed and people were extremely friendly. Mooreea was just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. Everything was exactly what we expected as for accommodations. The room was spacious and clean - though the service and food have a little room for improvement. The water and beach were great. It was never crowded at the beach even though the resort was fully booked. The water was warm and great for snorkeling. We spent a lot of time at the beach, and after being there a couple of days I actually forgot what day it was! As you already knew, we wanted a relaxing vacation so we didn't really do any excursions. The only thing we did was rent a car from the Sheraton and drove around for a few hours. The Belvedere was a great adventure. The road up there was beautiful and lush. We got to see all different angles of the island which was very amazing. We went out for dinner a couple times. The service and the food at Te Honu Iti and Le Mahogany were great. We loved the ray feeding experience at the Te Honu Iti. It would be pretty much the restaurant I would recommend based on the food and ambiance. The only thing we didn't like much about Sheraton was its availability for guests to get around unless you rent a car. There was no shuttle services to the shopping area or the town. We were glad we stayed at the Sheraton however, as we thought it was the most beautiful of all the resorts on Moorea. " - Casey Nguyen, San Francisco, 2007-04-09
