Molokai

Molokai is 'Old Hawaii.' Hawaiian tradition is what visitors find on Molokai. It is an island that prides itself on simplicity and Hawaiian culture. You won't find fancy shops, big resorts and commercialism here. No, what you will find is unspoiled beauty and awesome natural wonders.

The North shore of Molokai has the world's tallest sea cliffs which plunge over 3,000 ft. into the crashing surf below. It was in Kalaupapa where banished sufferers of Hanson's disease were exiled. It was here where celebrated priest, Father Damien ministered to those who lost touch with all civilization. Western Molokai is where the Sheraton Molokai Lodge is located and is the nearest thing to a resort on the island.
