"Dear Joyce, I would just like to thank you for your time and effort in setting up our first trip to Hawaii. Your recommendations were spot on with our tastes and we enjoyed every moment. On the Big Island, Charlie and Barbara Campbell were the perfect hosts for our enchanting stay in Wiamea. They showed us their next homesite and what a special place that is. We felt somewhat kindred souls with the Campbells. Any type of activity or landscape was yours if you were willing to do a little driving, which for us was one of the most enjoyable aspects of our visit. We enjoy road trips and the 4 wheel drive jeep was a perfect fit and we upgraded to the same on Kauai. I would recommend the Wiamea Garden Cottage to anyone staying in the area. Waipio Valley and the Kohala Coast stood out as places we would like to explore in greater detail. Uncle Billys is a great choice for exploring Hilo (which was sunny most of our visit). The homes, restaurants, and way of life of the locals scored high with us. Particularly like the way families will camp on weekends along the many parks on the coast. Kauai was visually stunning from Wiamea Canyon, the Na Poli coast, Poipu Beach. We explored every inch of this island and had a great time doing so. I went diving on two occassions, but preferred spending my time with Alice, who no longer dives. I would like to go back to Kauai with the intent to do more hiking. I apologize for the delay in my thanks, but the day I got back the thoroughbred racing season at Saratoga Springs, NY started and my boss has about a dozen horses running in the meet so it has been back and forth since. My siincere thanks for your helping Alice help rescue our vacation time. Sincerely, Larry Smith " - Larry Smith, New York, 2008-03-30
