A separate family room on the lower level, with convenient wet bar close to outdoor activities, leads to the backyard lawn, pool, and beach.
A small open-air, poolside sitting room and 14 x 30 foot tiled pool with turtle mosaic adds a spacious, outdoor living area for intimate dining, pool parties, children's activities, and more. Two Kings, Queen, and four Twin beds.
