Hale Pua Kai

Cozy and comfortable Hawaiian style redwood home just a short walk to miles of sandy beach. The house is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. Two lanais let you enjoy paradise in comfort and privacy. A wonderful place to get away and relax in quiet and comfort.

This charming one bedroom house with its Hawaiian style decor has an open kitchen or if outdoor cooking is preferred, a barbecue is available on the lanai.

Activities nearby: Located in Haena on the North Shore, minutes to Ke'e Beach ("end of the road") with a beautiful beach and hiking. Walk to a nearby beach for snorkeling, shelling, and sunbathing. Golf at the spectacular Princeville courses, shop and dine in Hanalei just 10 minutes away.

"Our stay was great. Hale Pua Kai was very relaxing and peaceful. No roosters like Poi Pu. We will be back. " - Jeff Everett, California, 2007-04-03
"Paula, I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you following our amazing trip to the islands. The house you lined up for us was PERFECT! The trip in total was simply magical. The location of the house was perfect all the accommodations were comfortable as well as it felt like a home from the time we opened the door. Thanks again for all you have done and I have passed your contact information on to several people. Have a great day! John and Joel " - John Cunningham, San Francisco, CA, 2008-03-30
"We really loved our stay at Hale Pua Kai. Please let the owner know I regret not signing the guest book! Am I correct in thinking the owner is German? My mother is also, and having grown up in a German house led me to somehow recognize a level of attention to detail that seemed familiar at Hale Pua Kai. We had a wonderful, comfortable visit - loved the lanai, nice kitchen, comfy bed, beautiful surroundings. We barely wanted to leave! My only negative comment is that the hot water was barely enough for 2 showers. We just had to move fast! The location, while a bit remote, was so peaceful and relaxing. We hiked at Na Pali, explored the beach despite the rain, and found a few great places in Hanalei, mainly Bar Acuda and the Hanalei Gourmet. " - Larissa, California, 2010-03-08
